About this policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the DIGMAV website or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@digmav.com.

Your project enquiry

The guided enquiry asks about your problem or idea before collecting your name, company, email, optional website, budget and timeline. Its follow-up questions use predefined topics, not an AI service.

Your answers remain in the current page’s memory until you choose to send your request. They are not saved in browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page clears this in-page state. When direct sending is available, pressing Send request submits your contact details and project brief through Cloudflare and Resend for delivery to DIGMAV. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission to help prevent spam. You can also copy or download your request. If the form offers an email draft instead, you must send that email from your email application.

When you email us

We receive the sender address, message, project details and any attachments you choose to send. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records.

We use enquiry correspondence to respond, understand your requirements and discuss possible work. Where applicable, this supports steps you request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Marketing is not part of this enquiry flow.

Service providers and technical information

Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. The current hosted version uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Received email is handled through Google Workspace. Direct website enquiries are delivered through Resend; Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical request information to protect the form from abuse.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve those files, which exposes technical request information including your IP address. See Google Fonts privacy information. External services process information under their own terms and privacy notices, and may process it outside your country.

Cookies and external links

DIGMAV’s site code does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting, sign-in and browser services may have their own storage or cookie behaviour. External links open other services; this policy does not cover how those services handle your information.

Keeping information

Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to respond, discuss or carry out requested work, and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted. You can contact us to ask about the information held in relation to your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

You choose whether to email us and what to include. Without a way to contact you or enough information about your request, we may be unable to respond meaningfully.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to processing, or request portability. Contact contact@digmav.com to make a request. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority. Rights can be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

Updates

We will update this page when the website’s enquiry flow or use of services changes. The date above identifies the current version.
